Refund, delivery & contact

What you buy

Each purchase is a PDF eBook (or the set of 12) for your personal use. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery

Delivery is instant. After a successful payment you are taken to a download page, and the same link is emailed to the address you entered. Each link works 5 times per book for 7 days. You can request a new link any time at sadat.in/ebooks/recover.php.

Refunds

Because the eBooks are delivered immediately, all purchases are final and are not refundable.

Exceptions: if you were charged but did not receive your download, were charged twice for the same order, or the file is damaged and we cannot replace it, contact us within 7 days. We will deliver the book or refund the payment in full to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed by Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
