How buying a new project through me works

Four steps. You pay the developer’s price; the developer pays my fee.

Open a project and send an enquiry, or book a free call and tell me what you need.

2Get the price sheet

I share the current prices, available units and the documents the developer has given me.

3Visit the site

I arrange a site visit with the developer at a time that suits you.

4Book with the developer

If you decide to buy, you book directly with the developer at the developer’s price.

Common questions

Do I pay you anything?

No. The developer pays my fee. You pay the developer’s price and nothing extra to me.

Are you independent of these developers?

No. I am the developer’s authorised channel partner for the projects on this page, and I say so on every project. Please do your own checks before you pay anything.

How do I check a project’s RERA registration?

The RERA number is shown on the project. You can look it up on the Telangana RERA website before you decide.

Can I visit the site?

Yes. Open the project, choose “Book a site visit” and pick a date. I will call you to confirm.

I want a resale property, not a new project.

Use the property marketplace. Owners and buyers deal directly there, with no brokerage.
