Many of these conversations end with a clearer plan and no transaction. Some investors come back a year later. That is a normal outcome, not a failed one — and waiting is frequently the correct strategy.
Thirty minutes goes quickly. Approximate is fine; specific is better.
It is a good fit if you have capital and aren't sure where to deploy it, if you're an NRI who needs someone on the ground, if you already own property and want a second opinion, or if you're considering an allocation from around ₹25 lakh upwards.
It is not a good fit if you want a guaranteed return, the cheapest property available, or a list of listings. I don't have any of those.
