We email you when a match is posted. No match in 6 months: 6 more months free.
- One posting = one property you are selling, or one property you want to buy.
- Live for 6 months. No match in that time? 6 more months free.
- Contacts included: name, phone and WhatsApp of everyone who matches that posting.
- No brokerage: you deal directly. Sadat.in takes nothing from your deal.
The first 50 members post up to 2 requirements or properties free. After that, ₹499 per posting.
Questions
Are there agents here?
No. This marketplace is only for owners and buyers. Every member confirms they are not an agent or broker, and anyone can report an agent. Agents have their own, separate marketplace and never see your postings or your number.
Is there really no brokerage?
Yes. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. You pay only the posting fee of ₹499 for 6 months. Listings marked "Sadat HM listing" are his own; for developer projects the developer pays his fee and you pay nothing extra.
Are the listings verified?
Each posting shows its level. “Submitted” means as entered by the member. “Details complete” means every required question is answered and the numbers look valid, but nothing has been checked against official records. “Checked by Sadat HM” means I looked up the official records named on the label myself, on the date shown. None of these is a legal title opinion. Always check title documents, the encumbrance certificate and the site before paying any token. Our free eBook shows you how.
Which areas are covered?
All of Hyderabad, in five zones (West, North, East, South, Central), plus "Beyond city": the NH-65 corridor towards Sangareddy and Zaheerabad and any other place outside the city. Buyers can choose a whole zone or particular areas, and anyone can add an area that is not listed yet.
Who can see my phone number?
Only members whose own live posting matches yours. It is never shown in public search.
What if I get no match?
We email you as soon as one is posted. If there is no match in 6 months, your posting stays live for another 6 months at no cost.
Can I stop showing my posting?
Yes, mark it "Not available" from your account at any time. You can show it again later.
