How it works
Four steps. Agents meet agents only.
With your email, no password. Add your firm and TS-RERA agent number if you have one.
Every property you market and every buyer you represent. ₹199 a month covers all of them.
Name, phone and WhatsApp of every agent whose property or buyer fits yours.
Work the deal with the other agent. We email you whenever a new match is posted.

Who can join?
Real-estate agents, brokers and channel partners. Owners and buyers use the separate Owners & Buyers marketplace; they never see this one, your postings or your number.
What does it cost?
₹199 a month for unlimited postings, properties and buyer requirements alike. Pay with Autopay (UPI Autopay or card, cancel any time) or for one month at a time. Launch offer: the first 50 agents use it free until 1 Jan 2027.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your postings pause (other agents cannot see them) and contact numbers lock. You can still sign in and see your matches with their details, and we send a short summary now and then. Renew and everything is live again at once. Nothing is deleted.
What does “Agent says: documents seen” mean?
When you post, you tell other agents whether you have verified the property or the buyer yourself. It is shown as your own statement. Sadat.in does not check it.
Who sees my phone number?
Only agents whose live posting matches yours. It is never shown in public.
Can I also post on Owners & Buyers?
No. That marketplace is only for owners and buyers. If an agent posts there, or if we receive more than one report or complaint about an agent, the Agents membership is suspended without prior notice and without refund.
How do you keep the inventory fresh?
Once a month, each agent gets a one-tap “still available?” email for each posting. If there is no reply within 7 days, the posting is paused until the agent confirms it. Sold or withdrawn postings can be marked not available at any time.
Is there a commission rule?
Brokerage is between you and your own client, as usual. How two agents share a deal is for them to agree. Sadat.in takes no share of it.
Which areas are covered?
All of Hyderabad in zones, plus “Beyond city”, including the NH-65 corridor. Anyone can add an area that is not listed.
