What it costs
Agents pay a small monthly membership for unlimited postings. During the launch offer, the first places are free. You see the current price before you pay anything. Owners and direct buyers have their own separate marketplace, so agents and owners never compete for the same posting.

What is the penalty for working without RERA agent registration?

Can I join the Sadat.in marketplace without a RERA number?
Yes. Adding your TG-RERA agent number to your profile shows other agents you are registered.
Can owners see my postings?
No. The agents’ marketplace is separate from the owners and buyers marketplace. Each email and phone number belongs to one marketplace only.
How does matching work?
By area, property type and budget. When another agent’s listing or buyer fits yours, both of you are told by email.
