RERA certificate, price sheet, inventory, brochure and floor plans. A Google Drive folder is fine.

2I check it

The TG-RERA record, the documents and the site itself, before anything is published.

3It goes live

The project page is published on New Projects and promotion starts across search and social media.

4You get updates

Every enquiry and site visit is tracked in my CRM, and I share regular updates with your sales team.

What I need from you

  • TG-RERA registration of the project (or the reason it is exempt)
  • An authorised channel partner agreement
  • The latest price sheet and available inventory, and a contact who keeps them updated
  • Brochure, floor plans, photos and reels (a shared Google Drive folder works)
  • A site-visit contact for my buyers

Common questions

Which areas do you cover?

Projects across Hyderabad. My ground research focuses on the NH-65 corridor (Patancheru, Isnapur, Sangareddy, Sadashivpet, Zaheerabad), and I already represent commercial projects in Kompally.

How are you paid?

Brokerage as agreed in the channel partner agreement, paid by the developer. Buyers pay me nothing for these projects, and they are told how I am paid.

Do you list projects without RERA registration?

No. Projects that must be registered with TG-RERA are listed only with their RERA number, which buyers can check themselves.

Can you share buyer demand data?

Yes, on request: counts of buyer requirements on the Sadat.in marketplace by area, property type and budget. Names and contact details are never shared.

Do you work with small builders and plotted layouts?

Yes, if the approvals are in order: an HMDA or DTCP layout approval for plots, and RERA registration where it applies.
