Hyderabad Pharma City at Mucherla, Yacharam and Kandukur: the original 19,000-acre plan, NIMZ status, the 2024 shift to pharma villages, the land now tied to Future City, court cases and what buyers should check.
Many plots south of Hyderabad are still advertised as "near Pharma City". The Pharma City that was planned in 2018 is not being built in that form. The land acquired for it has become part of Bharat Future City, and parts of it are in court.
